Orders and Shipping

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Credit/Debit Cards: We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

Shipping

• All orders placed before 2:00 pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on that day and should take 2-5 business days for arrival. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched for delivery on the next business day.
• Generally, delivery takes 2-5 working days to be delivered to your door. If you are based in Colombo and close suburbs, this is generally much quicker. (Note: Shipping times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.)
• If you do not receive your parcel within 7 days, please email us, and we will get back to you within a few hours at the latest.
• Please contact us if you need to update your shipping address or special delivery instructions. Once it's handed over to the courier, they will directly get in touch with you using the contact details provided.
• Note: Maia Atelier (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for lost packages that have been confirmed delivered or signed for.

Delivery charges: LKR 500 per order for courier service - Island Wide.

We currently only provide delivery in Sri Lanka.

Please note that the Maia Atelier team retains all rights to reject or deny refund requests if we feel that the defect/damage is not a genuine case. The final decision is at the sole discretion of the management and is non-negotiable.

Delivery Options

• Courier service: Flat rate of LKR 500, delivery within 2-5 working days.
• Pickup: Available from the store where the item is confirmed to be in stock. Our team will notify you of the pickup location during the confirmation call.
• PickMe Flash: You may arrange your own PickMe Flash pickup from the designated store confirmed during the order process.
• Pickup locations: MAIA Ward Place and MAIA Nawala. The exact location will be confirmed during your order confirmation call.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds but provide exchanges for eligible items. For full details, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
